Baptist Academy

Currently, Forest Ridge Baptist Academy functions as an umbrella ministry for those within our membership who choose to home school. We qualify as a bona fide church ministry under the laws of the state of Maryland to provide oversight and supervision for those that home school their children.
In addition to meeting the state requirements, we help with curriculum selection, and counseling. We have field trips and provide aid for help in teaching your children at home.
We conclude each school year with an awards program and a graduation ceremony.
Mrs. Ellen Berg oversees this aspect of our church ministry.
